Don't recommend: The reality is at some point you will have to have a 'relationship' with food; whether dining out, celebrations with friends and family or going to the grocery store. Meal replacement plans are typically useful to get ready for surgery, otherwise have a poor record of long term weight control. Eventually you'll have to quit buying the food and have a nutrition skill set.
