Difficult to say: It is difficult to say as there are too many variables. It depends on how much blood you lost, how long it took to lose and your health and other medical conditions as well. In general, most people with post hemorrhagic anemia, will feel better immediately after a transfusion (if needed) and will recover lost blood within a month or so. With iron supplementation, some improvement within a week.
