What can asthmatics do for lingering chest tightness?

Get help!: If you have lingering chest tightness, this suggests your asthma is not yet under control or that you have another medical problem that needs attention (some can be serious). Especially in adults, chest tightness can be associated with heart issues. You need further medical attention - and perhaps rapidly. Even if this has happened many times before, your doc may need alter your daily med regimen.

Asthma: If an asthmatic has some lingering chest pain or shortness of breath, it may be an indication of inadequate treatment of asthma. You may require more puffs of bronchodialtors or steroid containing inhalers, if these does not help, you probably will be benefited by breathing exercises or yoga.
