It depends: If the pain is really mild, try to stay away from doctors. They may want to do an x-ray, etc.. However, if you are on medications like statins, such pain may be indicative of a more serious problem like rhabdomyolysis. Nerve pain may be indicative of diabetes. If it's back pain, try to strengthen your muscle core. For backs and necks, i say chiropractor. For pain elsewhere, i say osteopath.

Both : Their skill set complement one another not compete. You can benefit greatly from both at the same time. Take one away, and it can feel like inhaling or exhaling without the other. Add massage therapy, and now you' ll feel like singing!
