The left side of my left thigh is tingly and numb wih shooting pains during the night...what could it be?

Muscle pain: Muscle pain. Tightnesss on the lower back, glutt, thigh can cause numbness , stiffness. Strech back , lower extremity, sleep on your back with small pillow by loin area, warm bath, iceehot at night, tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin. Sometimes it may take 4-6 week to resolve.
