Heart pain: Stop the running. Report this pain immediately to your doctor and check check up. This may or may not be related to your heart and only your doctor can help you figure it out.

Dangerous: Please stop running and seek medical atention asap. Chest pain related with exercise could be related with the obstruction of a coronary artery on your heart, so you need to rule out that first, i will recommend you to see your primary care physician first.
