Vitamins and .....: Assuming you aren't in need of immediate attention (e.g. Suicidal), you can try some supplements, such as vitamin d, magnesium, multivitamin, 5-htp, and omega-3. Other causes may be hormonal imbalances that will require a holistic physician to help balance and optimize. I've also seen foods dirctly correlate with depression, such as wheat and sugar. Try avoiding these for a while.
