Set a goal: That is both meaningful and reachable. Can be anything and once you achieve it, you will not feel nearly as low. Don't be too harsh on yourself if you have a hard time. Just keep trying. Can also use people around you to help you achieve the goal. It is easier when there is a partner or team to support each other. You will be surprised how many people around you face this exact same challenge.
