Vertigo: This can be very mild as you describe or very severe. I don't see your age, but if you have any headache at all it is worth seeing someone and also if it is interfering with your ability to do your work or drive. If it happened while you were crossing the street, could you lose your balance? If so, it could represent a danger to you.
