A member asked:

It appears my neighbor has asperger disorder at almost 30 years old? can he get dangerous?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: Anyone can be dangerous when provoked. A person with Asperger tendencies often can not express themselves well and may act unusual, but is no more dangerous than anyone else. They are often better at controlling anger since that have had to work so hard to just tolerate the irritation of life itself.
