A member asked:

How would you know if you did have poor blood circulation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood circulation: You may develop discomfort/pain in the areas of compromised circulation, such as legs or feet. There may be some skin/nail changes, such as bluish color of the affected areas, hair loss, nail splitting, pitting, and others. A doctor may find decreased or absent pulses, cool or cold extremities, etc.
