Reduce gas productn: Flatulance(gas) pain is a natural response of the balloning of the colon by gas. This causes stretch fibers to react similar to labor pain.Since we are prewired to do this, your best action is to reduce gas production.Balancing the gut bacteria with lactobacillis strains(yogert) can help. I.D.& avoid foods that make you gassy. If needed, find a secluded place, get prone with bottom up & let it out.

Food Diary: You should record a week long food diary to see if you can identify any specific foods/patterns for your flatulence. Usually avoidance of lactose and eating a low FODMaP diet can help along with a daily probiotic.
