Before menstruating i pass bloodclots. can this be related to clots in the lung?

Probably not: Many women pass clots with menstruation. This is considered normal. The lining of the uterus is sloughing off due to the normal hormonal shifts that occur with the menstrural cycle. This in and of itself has nothing to do with blood clots to the lungs.
