What would help with my avm-related migraines?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Inderal (propranolol): Persons with vascular malformations are more prone to vascular headaches. These are often migraine in nature, but are more complex to treat. Inderal helps with many. If eeg is abnormal, use of topamax (topiramate) may be beneficial. Try to avoid ergots or high dose aspirin. Combination Imitrex and naprosyn may be helpful.
