Hardly any effect: But make sure you swish and spit with water after each inhalation.

It Might: Usually the effect is small in our patients with diabetes, especially when compared with oral steroid use. For some there may be not even be noticeable changes. Inhaled steroids can be systemically absorbed, the effect depends on the person and how much is used.
