A member asked:

What is an immunological disease like?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Broad question!: There are many immunologic diseases. Some are due to deficient immune activity and those come with lots of serious infections. Others are due to overactivity. Allergic diseases are like that, and so are diseases like rheumatoid arthritis. Oddly, some diseases have both excessive and deficient responses going on in the same person.
