Anyone know of a treatment for hashimoto thyroiditis?

Meds.: It depends on the actual function of the thyroid gland. If you are euthyroid than no treatment is needed, if you are hypothyroid than you will be treated with thyroid hormones and if you are hyperthyroid than you will be treated with anti-thyroid drugs.
