It's manageable: Pcos can cause disorders of ovulation leading to infertility. The most successful treatment with the least side effects is Clomiphene citrate to induce ovulation. Purified fsh can also be used but carries the risk of multiple pregnancy (triplets & more) as well as hyperstimulation of the ovary.
