You Can't: Pcos is a condition that occurs when your diet, exercise and lifestyle act upon a genetic predisposition. It's like the gun is the genetic risk but the lifestyle factors pull the trigger. You can't change your genetics, however, you can change diet and learn which exercise will build muscle mass and ultimately control this condition.
