Does anyone know about zostrix/capsaison-would it be safe anywhere?

Zostrix (capsaicin): This is only applied on intact skin. Never in eyes, or any orifice like mouth etc... Never apply on any skin lesion or on any open skin wounds or infection. Safer to use gloves when applying.
