Neo-bladder: An Indiana Pouch, also known as a "neo-bladder" is a reconstructed bladder made from a section of your intestines. It is performed when your existing bladder is damaged or affected to the point of no longer being able to hold urine. Since the pouch is not connected to the urethra, it usually has to be catheterized to remove urine. See a Urologist if you need this procedure performed. Good luck!
