A member asked:

Would it be ok to take remifemin if im not quite going into menopause.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: If you are suffering from hot flashes in particular, remifemin may reduce that burden. Many perimenopausal women seem to have hot flashes toward the end of the cycle- that is to say in the week or so leading up to the menses. Try it and see if it works for you. Acupuncture, chinese medicine and Ayurveda also provide some wonderful remedies to ease that transition- good luck!
