A member asked:

What exercises can?someone ?do with broken neck?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: Excessive exercise is a bad idea with a broken neck. A slip, trip, or fall can cause paralysis. If the collar is in place and the patient has no neurological impairment and if the fracture is stable in the collar (only your spine surgeon can tell you this), then walking is your only activity.
