Neck pain: You should never pull on your neck with ab exercises/crutches. Try other abdominal exercises that do not require you to lay on the floor. Try ball-exercises.Com for some new ab exercises that are different from what you are doing and see if your neck pain goes away. You should not strain your neck with any ab exercise.
