What kind of doctor can remove a skin tag on my eyelid that's in my lashes?

An MD/DO Eye Doctor: Probably an ophthalmologist. They are most often comfortable operating about the eye. But often a skin tag can just be snipped off and it will not come back. This needs to be done “just right” not too deep (you might end up with a notced eyelid margin and not too shallow (it could grow back).
