Could be: Or another skin fungus. I could be callous from ill fitting foot wear. Let shoes completely dry between use. Inspect your feet , especially if you have a systemic desease like diabetes. A callous can be a normal response to recurrent pressure.

Dry feet and Tx: It could be a fungal infection vs. Certain vitamin or mineral deficiency as well. You could just have dermatitis from your shoe material, too. See a podiatrist or your primary care doctor for best diagnostic approach.

Probably not : You need to use a good moisturizing lotion. See if you can find a lotion with a urea base for the skin.
