Have tinea pedis on one foot, what can i due to prevent it from spreading to the other foot??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Simple stuff: Good hygiene for both feet. Keep them clean and dry. Using a towel, dry the affected foot last. The clotrimazole you are using should clear you in a few days; if not, tolnaftate is another option.
