What are the most inflammatory conditions?

Depends on a lot: The greater the extent of underlying debility and of body/organ involvement, the more likely that inflammatory condition will take its toll on the sufferer. Generalized arthropathies, widespread and active crohn's disease, extensive skin eruptions are troubling examples but may be less immediately life-threatening than localized inflammation of a critical organ like the brain, heart, etc.
