Many causes: Need a full exam and history. Could be appendix, ovaries, bowels or other. Severe pain deserves attention. Especially if bleeding, vomiting or fever.

Many things: There are many different causes of abdominal pain depending on location and type. If you are having severe pain, i recommend you see your primary care physician, or go to the nearest emergency room.
