A few: Carpal tunnel syndrome doesn't always require surgery. Night splinting can help. Splinting while engaging those activities that aggregate your symptoms can help as well. Maintain an ideal body weight. Exercises, such as yoga might also help. If symptoms persist, see your doctor for an evaluation and referral.
