Need more tests: Intermediate suspicion of malignancy means that more tests need to be done to really rule in or rule out cancer. Tissue biopsy is the only thing that can tell you definitively whether it is benign or malignant. Discuss in detail with your doctor.

It means : Their is more work to be done to establish that there is cancer, but insuffiicent evidence on the specimen reviewed.
