Depends: If you bad eye sight is correctable to 20/20 with glasses then laser vision correction may be an option. If it is not correctable, you should get a diagnosis for the underlying problem whether it be in the cornea, lens, or retina - then you can treat appropriately.

Bad eye sight: You can get glasses, contacts or laser surgery to correct your vision. If your vision is not correctable, then you should see an eye doctor for acomplete evaluation to determine the cause of your bad eye sight.

Refractive error: Most likely your vision can be corrected with glasses, contacts or laser surgery. There is no "natural remedy" for these problems. If the vision cannot be corrected with these tools then there is some health problem that should be addressed.
