What is the best for lines, undereye puffiness, and sensitive skin on the lower eyelids?

Eyelid lines: There are a number of options for lower eyelid lines, but the best choice depends on the nature of your skin sensitivity. The lower eyelid lines are usually from the pull of the eyelid closing muscle. One way to improve the lines and prevent them from getting worse is to use botulinum toxin (botox, dysport, or xeomin). It is generally well-tolerated in sensitive skin.

Eye senstivity: Before treating the wrinkles i would do patch testing to see if i could find the cause of the skin ' sensitivity' . I may be a contact dermatitis. So we try to find the specific skin allergen. Pixel laser is very helpful for removing fine eye wrinkes and darkness in the appropriate patient.

Lower eyelids: Lines - usually Botox products (botox, dysport, xeomin) handles the fine lines of the lower eyelids if not severe. Puffiness - this is usually best handled by lower eyelid blepharoplasty, however sometimes dermal fillers play a role (restylane, juvederm).
