Male Puffy Eyelids: There are a number of causes of puffy lower eyelids. The most common cuase is from eyelid fat that starts to spill forward as its retaining wall, the orbital septum, loosens. Puffy lower eyelids can also be caused by fluid retention from allergies, sinus infections, or a high salt diet.
