Migraine cause: Presuming an accurate diagnosis, causes would include: certain foods (tyramine-containing like fermented cheeses), non-restorative sleep, undue stress, neck problems, medications, underlying untreated/undertreated medical problems, rebound from medications, dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, bright lights /sunglare, unusual smells, barometric pressure changes, intense physical activity (even sex).
