Itching in the summe: If they are aminly itching during a certain season it may be allergy. If it occurs during several consecutive seasons than it most likely is.

Maybe: Depending on where you live, the most common outside allergen in the summer is grass pollen. So you might be allergic to that. If so, an allergy eye drop otc or prescription might help. Talk to your doctor or see an allergist if you need more help.
