Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) cool packs: Otc Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is the most effective antihistamine (but also the most sedating) - works will for itchy eyes, and poison ivy. Topical Hydrocortisone can also be used on the rash. Cool packs on the eyes work well to help control the itch. Try not to scratch!
