Pressure: You have a blood pressure problem and must go for treatment. Do not wait. You can be headed for a heart attack.

Several possiblities: If you feel "the lights are fading" when you get up quickly, there are several possibilities, and you should check with your doctor for an evaluation. Common causes include low blood pressure on standing, which can be from dehydration or fluid loss, a medication effect (especially with vasodilators or other blood pressure medicines), or from heart rhythm abnormalities, and there are other causes.
