What are common causes of infertility in both genders?

Several: Male factors include testicular injury, infection, congenital anomalies, mumps, torsion. Women can present with chromosomal anomalies, tubal factor from infection or prior surgery, polycystic ovary, endometriosis, ovarian dysfunction, unexplained infertility & lack of sexual frequency.
