BBts may be of help: You do not say how long you have been trying or how old you are-both of importance in answering your question. However, an inexpensive way to see if and when you are fertile is to record daily temperature. So called BBT (basal body temperature) instructions can be found in many internet sites.

It takes two: The cited average to achieve a desired pregnancy is 6 months. If more than a year, both potential parents would be considered for fertility evaluation. These are RARELY IF EVER covered by insurance in anyone. You must first understand that it is not necessarily your "fault". Fertility studies are not guaranteed to get you a healthy baby. There are other options to be a parent.
