Dysuria: Pain with urination can be associated with many things, commonly associated with urinary tract infection/uti. True, cancer or something more serious is a remote possibility, but not likely or common, so important not to initially overly concerned. Urinalysis & urine culture with dr eval is next step before worrying about a more serious heath condition vs a simple urinary tract infection.
