Talk to your doctor: There are medications you can take for morning sickness or car sickness that are safe in pregnancy. However, it is generally recommended that you avoid any medications in the first trimester except for prenatal vitamins, unless absolutely necessary. If you keep yourself hydrated, you should do fine if it is typical morning sickness.
