I will be 10 weeks pregnant on thursday. leaving out to go to a vacation in fl. i get car sick easily now. what can i take to help with the sickness?

Talk to your doctor: There are medications you can take for morning sickness or car sickness that are safe in pregnancy. However, it is generally recommended that you avoid any medications in the first trimester except for prenatal vitamins, unless absolutely necessary. If you keep yourself hydrated, you should do fine if it is typical morning sickness.
