My sister has a hematoma on her liver. she is pregnant now and the hematoma got bigger (size of apple) is it safe? can it blow?

hematoma: This is an accumulation of blood which is probably from bleeding, getting bigger means more bleeding, she needs to be evaluate and find the cause. ( does she have an 'hematoma' or an ' hemangioma'?).
