hematoma: This is an accumulation of blood which is probably from bleeding, getting bigger means more bleeding, she needs to be evaluate and find the cause. ( does she have an 'hematoma' or an ' hemangioma'?).

Understand concern: Their is a possibility that the hematoma could grow larger during the pregnancy. She should be monitored closely by her physicians.

hematoma liver: Your sister probably does not have a hematoma, but most probably has a hemangioma. Double check with your sister and then reask the question if it is not a hematoma.
