Yes: The method used when testing is important. Early on the urine is best , but it must be the first urine of the day.There are things that can confuse the test.Be safe, behave as though you were pregnant and repeat the urine test on first voided urine in a few days if you don't get your period.I assume you are usually regular and not under lots of stress.
