Depending on your particular radiology center etc, in general, however, you should have your report ready in a few days to week after your test. Call the radiology center or your referring md for the information.

There are many reasons for a delay. Most reports are available within a week. More than a month is unacceptable. Call your doctor.

The legal requirement of the Mammography Quality Standards Act(MQSA) is that you receive a results letter within 30 days. Have you been waiting longer? Even if you haven't, if you are concerned, call your doctor's office and ask about the results.
