No big deal usually.: Depending on whether you have a diagnosis of lupus or prior clotting problems, this may or may not be significant for your pregnancy. Studies show that most women with lac have normal pregnancies. Lupus anticoagulant (lac) is a laboratory finding and in and of itself not significant for predicting clinical outcomes. If you have systemic lupus erythematosus the plot thickens and you need to see mfm.
