Don't take together: These drugs do not go together. Nolvadex or tamoxifen is an antagonist to estrogen. It is usually given in the setting of estrogen sensitive breast cancer. So giving a synthetic form of estrogen like Premarin (conjugated estrogens) goes counter to that treatment.
