No, but...: Your better option is Estradiol alone. Also 90 day supply $10 at many places, ie. Walmart and cosco! but the real reason is this! Premarin (conjugated estrogens) contains much more estrone than estradiol. Estradiol is the dominant hormone in non-pregnant females, while estrone is dominant only during pregnancy. There is strong evidence that Estradiol is better for females than the hormone estrone!
