Possibly Effective: They may be effective depending on the cause of the pain. The sacrowedgy is 'hit or miss' in that you either have a type of sacral or spinal malfunction for which it is suited, or you don't. The dorn method is more dynamic and may apply to a wider variety of dysfunctions. Your best bet is to first get a proper osteopathic diagnosis and then decide on the best type of treatment.
