Dilantin: Fetal hydantoin syndrome can occur in infants exposed to Dilantin while in the uterus during pregnancy. The common features include hirsutism (they are hairy), growth restriction, mild mental retardation and congenital anomalies such as cleft lip & palate, wide set eyes and small ends of the fingers.
